Contrary to the above summary, Nuun is NOT mostly vegetarian and vegan (much to my disappointment). Of the 40 food items on the menu, less than 8 are vegan. Almost all dishes contain some combination of cream, egg, bonito flakes, or dashi (fish sauce) and supposedly cannot be made with it. Save your time and spend your money elsewhere in Tokyo, at a vegetarian restaurant that doesn't serve fish.
